📄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Intercube
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within the indicated period by email at:

Requests submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unused
- It must be in perfect condition
- It must retain its original packaging
- It must not show signs of misuse or improper handling
🔒 Important note:
As this is a decorative electronic product intended for personal use, returns of items that have clearly been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
3. MANDATORY RETURN PROCEDURE
Before sending any return, the customer must:
- Contact us by email requesting the return
- Wait for confirmation and specific instructions
- Send the product following the provided instructions
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The necessary return information will only be provided after the request has been approved.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the product has a manufacturing defect or there was a shipping error, Intercube will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is made at the customer’s decision, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to the company.
5. REFUNDS
Once the product has been received and its condition verified:
- You will be notified by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected
- If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank card)
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, attaching photographs that prove the issue.
After verification, you may choose between:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, or
- A full refund
7. INTERNATIONAL SALES
Intercube ships internationally.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
For returns outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible for any necessary customs procedures unless the product has defects or errors attributable to the company.
8. ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Products without their original packaging
- Requests made outside the legal 14-day period
