I have one small issue with mine: the mask strap is a bit stiff compared to others I have used. But everything else about this is excellent. The head support is genuinely the best part. It does not slip, does not make noise, and keeps you upright the whole flight. I slept through an entire transatlantic flight for the first time in my life. Despite the strap thing I would buy this again without hesitation.
Good set that took me a couple of flights to really get right. Once I figured out the best strap length for my seat and how to position the arm wrap it became genuinely comfortable. On the first flight I was still adjusting things. On the second it clicked and now I do not have to think about it at all. The quality is solid and everything has held up well after several trips.
